From March why am I been charged for Ultra HD ? I was told it was free , can I cancel this please

@BradZeller  It may only have been free for a certain length of time 

 

you would have to call sky directly and give 31 days notice to cancel

I have just noticed this also that I have been getting charged Ultra HD, which is increasing next month, despite me not being able to use any UHD.  Is there any option to remove this?

What I experienced in the past is that the discount matched the list price.

 

e.g. £4-£4=£0.  However, the list price can change but the discount remains, e.g. £5-£4=£1

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own
