Free gift i have been asked to return

I was first told not to open item untill i had confirmation .the next  day was told that the wrong address had been put on the box. and it would need to be returned.the following day i was told by the same guy who seemed to be dealing with this said i could now open the item and as it was there mistake i could keep it and details of the item would be emailed to me my daughter advised me to wait a while she said theres probably some kind of catch i still haven,t open what i  beleived to be a watch.and i would need to pay for it if i wanted it or return it.I don,t want it but i don,t have an address to send it too.

@magsalive  It could be a scam that's going round 

 

did you order a product that came with a free gift

Can you start from the beginning like how have you ended up with this, is it via the Samsung free gift promotion did you receive a call from someone who said they were from Sky ?

Yes it was through Samsung but the order was cancelled a week before item was deliverd ans they kept emailing me to say i needed to sign the finance agreement before they would complete the sail and i never signed it but they still sent it the phone was sent back the same day through the post office but have not given me an address to return the other item.

You are still not being clear as to what has happened so can you answer the following ?

 

Did you order a phone through Sky and it was cancelled ?

You were unable to sign the credit agreement ?

Did you then claim the free gift via Samsung which was sent but they want it back ?
