Free Sky Cinema for 2 Month (Yeah Right)

So

Just had a sky engineer out and look at my router which he fixed, also agreed to cancel my sky landline as never use it and would save £13 per month, engineer said if I wanted I could get sky cinema free for a 2 month trial and I wouldnt need to do anything and it would cancel itself

I have just checked my online bill 45 minutes after engineer had left and my bill has now went up £19 per month for sky cinema being added

When was this? Your account may not have fully updated yet. Note that Sky Cinema won't cancel itself. You have to contact Sky and give 31 days notice to cancel.

The engineer left my house at 10.30

I have never had sky cinema on now its on my bill at £19 per month

Give it a few days and check again for a credit on your account to offset the £19. If it doesn't show up, best to speak to Sky.

Edited to add: are you sure the £19 is for Sky Cinema? It doesn't sound like the correct monthly subscription.
