Fraudulent Mobile account has compromised my SKY TV account.

I am being charged with a £50 bill EVERY month I do not have a SKY mobile account but I had a fraudulent account created in my name.  I have called SKY 5 or 6 times trying to fix this problem but, having been assured by the fraud department, bills and accounts department and customer services that these billing requests would stop and I owe NOTHING I continue to receive the bills.  It has now become very serious because I am being threatened with the removal of my SKY TV,  I have been a SKY customer since 1996!!! Can someone please tell me where I can call or email to resolve this problem?  As a disabled elderly woman this is really upsetting me.
