I had exactly the same email today  they  did not resolve my complaint and did not try to contact me  as promiced  5 times i was told they would phone me back   not once did they  phone  me  really bad customer service

@BaDD you need to call Sky to get your issue resolved email and online messaging are quite unreliable in practice. If you call using the phone number linked to youur account it should help route your call to the correct team.
