Forgot password originally used as this is needed apparently to cancel sky movies

All I want to do is cancel sky cinema,but I can't because I can't remember the original password I used when I started with sky

If you've previously called Sky they should have agreed a telephone password with you to verify your identity when calling. If that is what you've forgotten call again and if promptedvtell them you've forgotten it. They'll use other means to confirm your identity and then you set set a new password with them.
