I signed up with Sky last month and at the start of May a payment of £24 was taken out. Another £24 has been taken today and I am not sure why.
I cannot get through to anyone to speak about my bills so hoping someone can share some insight into what this could be?
Thank you

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThats how billing works. For sky you pay a month in advance so your first bill or two will likely be higher, or the payment windows will be shorter on them for you to accrue the month in advance.

Just to add to this - my first bill explanation states £24 will be taken out on or after 3rd of May - which it did.
So why has another 24 been taken today in the same month?
