I am having financial difficulties this month is there any options to enable me more time to pay and keep my services active

Find out more@Sara36 You're not talkimg to Sky Customer services, nor will they keep services on if you miss this months payment, they will attempt to take a direct debit on the due date then again 10 days later if the 1st one fails, after this point services will be restricted.
No Adviser can override this.

All you can do is to speak to Sky by calling them to see if they will offer you a discount if you are paying the list price for your package. If they offer you something you will need to make your mind up there and then and it will come with a 18 month contract.
