Final bill showing early termination charges

We require a final bill from Sky which has our name and address showing evidence of our payment for early termination with Sky.  It's the name and address not showing on the bill that is giving us problems.  EE won't accept our latest bill showing the early termination charge without this.

@Gwen-B You need to ring Sky to ask them to provide this. We are customers like you on here.

We have done this on three occasions, just going round in circles.

@Gwen-B In that case, it might be drastic, but use the Complaints option in the forum footer to raise the issue. Things do tend to get sorted better and quicker by the Complaints team than the normal call centre staff.

Name and address does not appear on our bills on the app, only the account number.  Is there another way of getting your bill?

Download as PDF should have those details on?  (You have to log onto your account via a browser to access that, the app doesn't support it)

In regards to the bill itself, Sky won't provide any other format.  (So the words 'early termination' will not be there)
