Feedback on Customer Support

I have just received an SMS from Sky asking me to give marks to the Customer Services agent with whom I spoke yesterday.  I was very impressed with the service so wanted to reply with a "10" however I keep getting a message "Not Delivered".  Is there a problem my end or their end?
