Extras listed on my Sky TV account

I recently downgraded my package to Sky Signature which I was told was for 18 months but I see from my account billing it is only listed for 12 months.  Also, there are two other items listed on my bill which I don't understand:

 

"Boost to Netflix Standard"  £4 discounted from £6,, I don't have Netflix.
 
"Ultimate TV Pack.  £4
Can anyone explain this?

The ultimate tv package gives you access to Netflix via your Sky account.

Apparently these two subscriptions relate to Netflix which I don't have access to.  
 
What can I do to get Sky to remove them.

You need to contact Sky and give them 31 days notice to cancel them, so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.

Select "Yes, I still need help" at the bottom of the page.
