Hi. Looking for advise. I changed the pay date from the 3rd of the month to the 7th a few days ago. I was charged as normal and direct debit taken for full amount on the 3rd so presumed new date would start next month (normal monthly bill over €200 euros I know I know!!) surprisingly on the 7th I was also charged an additional 104 euros. We phoned and was told this was due to changing date and the new pay date next month will be the 7th and the normal bill of €200. Despite arguing why I was charged the 104 in jan after already paying over €200. It seems its for the purpose of changing date so was billed again for some subscriptions; this didn't seem to register as unfair or unusual with sky service reps who just proceeded to put us on hold for most of the day. Any help (based in Ireland ) greatly appreciated. Have been a customer for over 20 years and really annoyed by this charge especially when changing date is well referenced on the sky app.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThere should be a bill online for each of the two payments. Check the dates you've been charged for, in each of the two bills. They shouldn't overlap.
