Could some one explain this please Total Payment £30.00 Payments Received -£30.00 £30.00 paid on 27 Feb 2024 via Direct Debit A payment of £30.00 via Manual Payment was not received. Any outstanding balance will be added to your March bill. £30.00 paid on 8 Mar 2024 via Manual Payment

It is difficult to know what has happened so can you post an image of both bills and if you do please blank out names and account numbers.
