Every time I try to access my sky rewards it says there’s an error with the page.

Every time I try to access my sky rewards section of my profile it says there is an error with the page. I was sent an email to advise my £20 gift card was in this section but have since never been able to access it as the page crashes. Everything else works apart from the 'my sky rewards' section.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:
