Error when trying to log in to mysky

For some reason when I try and log in to mysky on either desktop or the app, it lets me log in, then says 'let's find your account' and asks for my post code, when I add the postcode and click 'continue' nothing happens at all. The continue button doesn't work. My husband has the same issue. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
