Since at least Saturday 12th August i have been unable to access my bills for TB/Broadband, it shows a screen that says Error please try later. I also have the same error when loading the piggybank page so i cannot move data from the piggybank!!

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works:
When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I've had this issue since August and had a chat open for the duration but because nothings happened for a few weeks the chat has disappeared, is there a way of retrieving it?

The chat was sent to you as you can see back in August so it will have been long since closed so do you want Sky to sebd ut to you again ?
