Erroneous message on Sky.com account - Your contract has ended when it is not due to end until 2027

Full erroneous message on my account

      Your contract has ended

you've been moved to a monthly rolling

price but can save today by renewing

your Sky TV

see 24 month offer.

I had previously renewed my Sky TV contract in February 2025 for 24 months and was due to

renew my Sky Signature and Sky Cinema package at the end of November, but this was not

possible through my account so I phoned Sky customer services for help. They were unable to

explain the anomaly, but the advisor said that he would renew Sky Signature and Sky Cinema for me, but that he could not send me a confirmation email until the situation had been resolved, which would take 2 weeks.

My November direct debit was higher than expected and my future TV bill also shows a £8 per month increase, although the advisor had said that my future bill would only increase by £4.

I am just left in limbo for 2 weeks

Not sure we can add a lot - TV contracts with differing offer end dates are a pain...

 

Always best to agree a co-termination deal.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
