Erroneous £29 charge on top of £10 late payment fee

I started a new job and payment a month in arrears i was not  made  aware of so Sky DD bounced.

i get message £10 late fee applied ok fine.

then i notice an erroneous statement fee of £29 added that was not advised of, cant speak to anyone seems a fraudulent charge it is not for the next months bill.

i then went back and checked other past late payments and noticed the £29 added but not deducted off of the next months bill which is £65 every month.

So do I really have to pay the full amount t including this unnanounced or explained £29 and then how to I contact billing/customer sevices to enquire why i am being overcharged?

Thank you community in advance for any help on this issue.

Alas you'll have to pay the outstanding balance to be able to speak with customer service then contest the £29 charge.
