End of contract

My contract has been ended and I informed in advance that I will move my house and I do not need renewals although there is payment deducted this month from me and subscription did not stop

Did you receive an email confirmation from Sky when you informed them of your desire to cancel?

Also its worth noting that billing continues up until the final date and bills are generated 14 days before they are due so its quite normal to overpay and your account to end up in credit.

Do you still see monthly charges on your future bills?

Hi @Nermin73   How did you give Sky the 31 days notice required to cancel your contract? Just checking you are not confusing end of minimum term with contract.
