End of contract email received but you deny any knowledge of it
I received an email as my contract is coming to an end it looks genuine doesnt ask me to do anything just states my discounts have been extended for another year. I spoke to sky using chatbot today and he says its spam and wouldnt uphold the offer. so is it a scam seems odd to scam and not ask me to do anything lol

You can establish for yourself whether it's spam or not by checking your future bills, as the email suggests.
Knowing Sky as I do being a long term customer, it wouldn't surprise me that the customer service centres are unaware of a centralised mailing.

That looks a legit email to me as it addresses you by your first name as scam email do not and it doesn't ask you to do anything like click a link to get this new discount.
