I've received an email yesterday evening saying they haven't received a payment for this months payment on my contract.
how can this be possible when ive payed the amount on 10th jan the exact amount and its came out my bank and everything?

Did you pay manually, and your direct debit was subsequently refused? If so, that's likely to be the reason. There's no need to make additional payments when there's a direct debit set up.

Does your account show a payment has been made?
If you check the sender's address does it point to a genuine email?
If you hover your mouse over any links do these point to a genuine Sky webpage?
