Email offers, when used Sky has no knowledge of offer.
On three or four occasions over the years I have received offers from Sky, such as cheaper cinema UHD and Broadband. On clicking the link I have been taken to the correct Sky website for new offers and have taken up said offer. When the confirmation Email comes through it is from a different Sky Email to the original offer and always confirms a worse offer! I have then rung, been told they have no knowledge of that offer, so I've cancelled. This happened yesterday with UHD. £1 for 24 months. when the confirmation came, free for two months then £4 a month. Rang and spoke to a guy who said he had no record of the first Email or the Email address despite being a Sky Email . It's not a spam as it takes me to the correct offer page via the link. Why do Sky seem to have a rogue offer Email address that no one seems to know about? For info I tried to put the two Email addresses in this but it broke some rule or another.

Yeah, I think I will but they always say include a screenshot, and to be honest I'm not great with a computer and will have to watch a youtube tutorial probably. Just wondered if anyone else had this problem. I've had Sky pretty much from when it started in the 80's, for the sport and it's not a huge problem just very strange.
