Email offer not correct

I received an email offering Cinema for a 4 week trial then £6 for 3 months after. When i click on the offerit directs me to an offer for £10 a month starting immediately. Why is this? I would like to take the original offer up but unfortunately it does not allow me to. This is appalling service!

Have you tried calling Sky to see if they can match this online free that you have been sent ?

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
