My email is linked to an old account and when I try to unlink I get an error message

Having the same problem. As mentioned above, the link on MySky to unlink the old account doesn't work. It results in an error all the time. The error message is also the most unhelpful. It says,
Whoops, there's been an error
Sorry, we are experiencing some technical difficulties, please try again later.
Same errors occurs both from the website and the app.
