Email from skysurvey@sky.uk - legitimate or not?

Hi all.
Had an email today from skysurvey@sky.uk telling me I've won £500 for taking part in a survey in December.
The email quoted my postcode details and customer number and it was addressed to me using my full name.
The email is asking  me to confirm my name phone number and address so that 'they' can confirm they have the right person before contacting me further.
I can't work out whether it is spam or not and wondered if anyone had ever had anything from that email address?

Thanks.

Did you actually take part in a survey in December?

Obvious question and I had mulled it over.
I think I might have as we'd been having problems with our broadband cutting out. But I can't be 100% sure to be honest 🤷🏻‍♂️

I can understand your quandary. You're right to be cautious - if you don't get a response from another Community member who has received an email from the same address and can confirm that it's genuine, I think you'd need to speak to Sky to see if they can shed any light on it.

Re: Email from skysurvey@sky.uk - legitimate or not?

I've also seen a text from Sky this morning that tells me I have a message in my Sky account. The text is from the same number that Sky use as I have historical messages in there. When I logon to my Sky account, through Google and not following a link, it says the same thing and that I will receive an email.
