Email address required to send a Power of Attorney

I need an email address to send a Power of Attorney certificate to Sky on behalf of my mum. The email address I was given by Customer Service keeps bouncing back. Can anyone help?

I have escalated your post to a SKY support team, who, hopefully, will be in touch & hopefully can make sure you get the correct email address etc. to provide the POA details

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP address' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser
