i put in a complaint nearly two months ago why am I getting charged for kids package when I asked for it two months ago to be canneled and yuu ok still charged me two months on
I renewed my contract two weeks ago and said I wanted my Netflix reduced to £4.50 with adds and the lady on the phone said it would take 4 days to change still hasn't. You can check the phone conversation
if this isn't changed you can cancel my package all together with sky
really not happy with the service I've been given
