Due a discount because fast fibre wasn’t installed on date +never had access to see my tv

I was due a discount for not havin my fast fibre fitted on day it was supposed to be fitted +plus after fast fibre was fitted count get access to channels on my tv because router wasn't connecting and my tv in bed room wasn't workin for about 4 weeks due to not connecting to router this took about 4 weeks to get sorted and I do pay extra for sky box in bed room that wasn't workin and was told a discount would be added to my next bill that never happened

@Kenny30  You don't get a discount, what you may be eligible for is Auto Compensation, see this help article https://www.sky.com/help/home/broadband/policies-and-info/auto-compensation/articles/auto-compensati...

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Note these are two different things, and it's best not to conflate them.

 

Delayed activation of broadband is covered by the auto-compensation scheme which @GD1 describes.

 

Unavailability of a Sky television product might result in a refund of the relevant subscription fee(s) applied as an account credit but that has to be individually negotiated with Sky, and they don't have to agree.
