Dude...can we talk about bills?

You forgot to close an account I had for Sky TV in April - and continued to bill me for TV is wasn't getting. 

Last month, you agreed that it was YOUR fault and you owed me £81. 

You said 'no refund' but - you'd take it off my monthly bills. 

 

Then...you promptly billed me for £27. 

 

Wonder if someone could check to make sure you WILL NOT bill me this month please? 

And can you ensure I WILL NOT be billed for the £38 you are now chasing me for the the Sky puck thingy I don't have - that you want back..?

As you are only talking to other customers on here as you did before you will need to contact them to ask them to refund this for you.

@TheMightyS  Your other thread on the Sky Stream board has been removed as you already have replies to this one.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

We're fellow customers here so cannot access your account.

When you cancelled TV did you receive an email confirming the cancellation & receive packaging to return the equipment? If no then the cancellation wasn't put through. If you did & you're still getting billed then you need to contact Sky.
