Double price incease in september and also october

I understand price increase in September but mine is goin up in October also

It sounds like the minimum term on your package has come to and end so the discount you had has now finished. When you took this out you would have been told how long it was going to last for so now is the time to call Sky to see if they will offer you a further discount for the next 24 months if you agree to a new contract.

Increases over 2 months are quite normal as it's daily pro-rata billing.  (So when discounts expire that do not align with your billing date)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

As customers here, with no access to your bills, we don't know the cause. But depending in your billing dates, it's possible that the increase from 1 September is only partly reflected in your September bill, but fully included in October
