Double payment.

I paid my bill manually before my direct debit due date, normally after doing this the direct debit doesn't take payment then till the month after. However this time the direct debit was taken, I've been left with money for food and it now the school holidays. Will I get a refund immediately?

No, as the payment you made should appear as a credit that will be used to pay next months bill. If you would prefer we can alert Sky's messaging team on here who can contact you about refunding it back to you so let us know if you want to do this ?

 

Going forward you don't need to make payment as you have done as the bill can be taken by the direct debit.

I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will hopefully be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It will be later this morning before you are contacted by them.
