Don't have a paper bill and I need my account number

I need my account number and I don't have a paper bill so with out it I can not get my sky app details finished to sort it out also what should I do when I get billed for Netflix when I get it in my entertainment package and also can you tell me what sky glass is as I'm getting billed yit

You are talking to other customers here so we can't see your bill. If you have the relevant package (Ultimate TV) then Netflix is included.

 

As for your account number, if you have had any emails or letters from Sky then it will be on them, failing that you would need to call them to find out what it is.

Thank you for your reply I will do that for the account number can you also help with this I am getting a billed for sky glass TV yet I have not had sky last TV and I'm getting extra charges for not paying for that also I get Netflix and my entertainment package but I have no noticed I get charged for it twice and it meets my account overdrawn due to the fact I have put in what is due and not realizing I'm getting extra charges and I told sky last night about it yet has not been changed also I get charged for sky cinema twice on the same bills so I am getting charged roughly 30-pound more than I should be they don't do nothing about it and I have problems but that because I am having to turn it on and off every day at night things if that makes sense thank you

I realise that made the mistakes you know the couple things it's meant to see I get Netflix free in my package for 24 months yet I am being charged for that and I get charged twice for sky cinema different amounts

With Sky Glass it is activated  when you set it up, or automatically two weeks after shipping and you'll be charged from that point so have you got this set up yet ?

Free free to post an image of this bill and if you do blank out your account and credit agreement number.

I only got the sky puk and broadband it was electronically switched on and I have not received the sky glass TV at all I've been billed for cinema twice and Netflix which is included in my package for 24 months I've been billed for ad free TV which I have not requested for

Then all you can do is to phone Sky to ask them about this.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

You'll have to speak to Sky, I'm afraid. Obviously, as customers, we have no details of your account or payment history.

Netflix is not 'free'.  There are inclusive packages where the combined price of signature and Netflix are a certain price.

 

Netflix will be a line item on your bill and it will have a charge.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

I found that typically the ad-skipping pack is added by default on an order unless you explictly say you don't want it.

 

Its easy enough to cancel the ad-skipping add-on by giving the required 31 days notice via https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/home-setup
