Does moving home restart my contract?
We've just brought our first home so need to move our WiFi to to the new property. When doing this with a different company previously, the contract was restarted and we were stuck with slow internet for another 18 months.
Sadly our new property also doesn't get good speeds so we're keen to not start an entirely new contract. I can't seem to find a number to call to just get a quick answer so any help would be greatly appreciated!

Re: Does moving home restart my contract?
Congratulations on buying your first place.
I'm not with Sky broadband but on TV you don't need to start a new term and it my be the same policy. I'll let others more familiar with Broadband answer your direct question though 🙂

Re: Does moving home restart my contract?
This has been previously been posted by staff on here…
"Moving home will not impact your TV contract, it will continue as normal.
If you have phone and broadband however, this will be a new contract as we have to cancel the line at the current address and take a new one in the new address."
