Does anyone know the full address to send back sky equipment?

I need the address to send back equipment to sky, their all well and good to give you how long and what you have to send back and how to process a returns label.. But it doesnt give you the address when entering sky as a company. So if anyone knows the address that would help. Thanks

You can print off free returns labels which have the appropriate address on here:

When i follow the royal mail free returns link it asks you the company so i type then go to the next page... Which it then asks for the sky address, it doesnt process the address automatically unless im doing something wrong?

If you click on the Royal Mail returns link on that page it should automatically know you're returning an item to Sky. When it asks for a door number and postcode it means your door number and postcode.

January 2024 i went to the post office bought a box and bubble wrap  6 pound then got a returns label to send my skyqbox back and modem as i have cancelled and this is the address i have to send it back free of royal mail

UNIT 12 HAMILTON WAY BERMUDA WAY NUNEATON RL the post office then scan the barcode on the label i printed of to send back to them for free i did not want to wait for them to send me the box that is why i bought myself hope this is helpful to someone

It didn't work for me.  I filled in all the Royal mail form and it refused to print a label. I have discovered 2 return addresses on the internet: one on Nuneaton, the other in Coventry. Frustration.

You can also arrange for Royal Mail to collect it from you for a tiny fee or take it to a local post office where they will print the label for you although if you do this make sure you ask for a receipt as you will need to keep this for at least 6 months, These options should be available via that link.

I'm having the same problems.  Sky say they've sent a label but we recived nothing.  Can't get a label or an address.  The royal mail address implies its for recycling the equipment

No i can't.  Everything keeps taking me back to the link you suggested but there is still no info on how or where to send the equipment.

The address we found  says uni part work a  post code but no geographical area

Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.

I went down the post office they would not reply would not accept the sky box box in it box all the broadband box in it box at all and I mean at all the address on the box doesn't assist at all they sent me away and then said to ring you with the correct address or look it up on the web to get there correct address of you. I'm not too happy if you don't send me her address label or an envelope to put it in at all just not to happy with your attitude when my wife spoke to you. I want a address label from you with your address on it so we can send it back to you with an envelope so I can put everything in it and send it back to you before the times up a prepaid address label so I don't have to pay for the equipment like I say I'm not too happy with your attitude. I don't want to ring you up and ask for it thank you very much. Bye
