I'm have problem with the billing for sky TV and Broadband, they are charging me more than was agreed, and trying to contact an agent to speak to is nigh on impossible when you do they don't sort out the problem. If i could I would stop using Sky entirely and move back to BT and use another TV service provider

Yes, But when I did manage to get through last time, the agent said it was my responsibility to check my bank account to ensure that Sky are collecting the correct amount; this is surprising, they acknowledge they can and do take more than they should, maybe they charge more in the expectation a proportion of customers don't closely monitor what they have been charged , when did honesty and trust with large companies go out the window. After this, I received a message saying my account would indeed be reimbursed; low and behold, it wasn't, and they continue to take the incorrect amount.
