Having had my Credit Card number changed I successfully changed my detail on half a dozen OTHER company web sites - but have spent 2 MONTHS trying to get sky to update.
Like others here get error message when change on web, phone app and through sky box and trying not to use the call center as from experience it tends to be an hour job that I don't have time for.
Managed to get last months paid (after numerous email/texts saying not paid) by paying through box rather than changing details and it said "will use these details next time" so thought great finally sorted it.
But no - same this month but now you added £10 for late payment.
From others raising same issue I know you are going to sent me an automated reply with a call center number but I've finally gave in and called them today but after a 45 minute run around I got no further - so can you send me a number of a complaint department and possibly send copies to who ever runs your IT services.

As this involves payment details are you able to see these via your TV where you made this payment ?
