Find out moreYou will be billed for Sky Glass and broadband going forward so no your Sky Q doesn't need to be cancelled but as I am sure you are aware your Sky Q box and minis (if you have any) will need to be returned when you are up and running with Sky Glass.
Sky usually sends packaging out so if you haven't received it then you can use whatever boxes you have or can get as this link will help you to print the return label and return it via Royal Mail:

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.

as for broadband services if you already have them they will continue as normal
if you don't have a broadband service with any provider you will need to order one separately as it's not included in a glass purchase
