Dear Sky Team,
I am writing in response to your recent communication about a charge of £85 applied to my account for unreturned equipment. Please be informed that I have already returned the equipment on 02/11/2024 and I have the receipt from the post office as proof of postage.
It seems there may be an issue with updating your system. Kindly check your records and confirm that the equipment has been received. Please also ensure that no money is deducted from my direct debit account for this charge.
If you need further details or a copy of the postage receipt, please let me know, and I will be happy to provide it. I look forward to your prompt resolution of this matter.
