Disney + charged twice

I've been charged twice for a Disney+ subscription (both with the same card details) after putting my details into the Disney app on the sky box and creating a subscription I scanned the qr code which took me to the Disney app to sign up again and put in my details which has now charged me double? Not sure how to get that refunded?

You will have to contact whoever it is that has charged you as it isn't clear from your post if it is Disney or Sky or the both of them.

The charges are with Disney but Sky and Disney have sent and email confirming sign up to Disney+, I'll contact sky tomorrow and cancel the subscription
