Discussed in sky i would not recommend this company
Can't get hold of anybody from this company I've and tried no response from any body from sky i cancelled it before I even got the devices and just kept sending me more boardband products and I requested packaging to send the product back not had anything though the post and sky are trying to charge me £51.00 pounds for this but I'm sorry to say sky are not getting any money off me there fault not mine and all can say do not entertain this company

If you want a proper response perhaps giving us the whole story would help. Refusing to pay what Sky believe you owe will only complicate matters.

@Winifred511 This is a customer led community and as such unless you explain what your issue is we can't help. In addition we have no idea what you've spoken to Sky about or what they are meant to be calling you back about.

@Winifred511 the best way to get an answer from Sky is to give them a call. They do not use email and rarely make outgoing calls. They cannot respond directly to forum posts as they cannot link forum posts to accounts due to data protection.
