I am going around in circles - when i login to MySky app I can see my tv/broadband account information and mobile contract information. When i login to MySky online i can only see tv/broadband information. The future bills information on the App is also different to the online version!
I jsut keep getting told my information is correct but it clearly isn't - there is some problem somewhere! I want to speak to someone who can help, potentially IT related? without going around in circles 😞

Have you been a customer of Sky on the website and previously cancelled and left then returned after being away for a few years ?

No I haven't - been a customer for 25 years!
