I'm in the middle of a very frustrating experience with Sky. I have Sky Q with Discovery+.
I saw online that if you sign up to TNT Sports through Sky Marketplace that your Discovery+ account is upgraded to Discovery Premium (meaning I can watch TNT Sports in HD on my iPad and using the app). This is the link: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/tnt-sports
But since singing up to TNT Sports my account wirh Discovery remains limited to Discovery+. When I go onto my Discovery account it says any changes need to be made by the partner. So I've spoken to Sky for hours already; both customer services and technical support. And nothing has changed. I still can't watch TNT Sports on the Discovery+ app.
Someone at Sky said my account was showing as "pending" or something similar. I've tried to "activate" it using the Sky Q box but when I log in it says "You need a Discovery+ subscription to do this". So it seems there must be some issue at Sky even though I can view the basic content on Discovery through the Discovery app.
Please can someone help?! I'm at the end of my tether with it!

@Russell25 firstly have you signed up and have your Discovery+ working.
If not you need to follow the link below to creat a Discover+ account making sure you follow the part regarding Sky Marketplace.
If you already have a free Discovery+ account let us know and I can escalate this to the Sky community team

Thank you. Yes. I can watch Discovery programmes through the Discovery+ app just not anything which is only on premium.

Same problem here. Discovery+ is not even listed on marketplace to activate properly. I linked the accounts and signed into the app on my Sky Q box but can't watch any content at all. Keeps telling me to purchase a pass or subscription.
