Hi my direct debit date is today hasn't come out any ideas why please.

It is up to your bank to release the funds to Sky and while it should happen in the date you have been given sometimes it can be a day or two late so if you have the funds available it will be taken in time over the next day or two.

Just to add don't be tempted to pay manually unless Sky asks for payment.

Passing on the tips I have learned in over 24 years as a more than satisfied Sky customer.
