Direct debit taken after we switched to another provider
Does Sky normally take a direct debit payment even after I've switched to another provider?

Re: Direct debit taken after we switched to another provider
As the bill for the direct debit is created 14 days in advance of the billing date then this can and does happen. If this bill has been paid and your account has now been closed you should see a credit on it for this overpayment that you can contact Sky support about getting it refunded as you should be back in your account within 5 working days.
