Direct debit not collected

Hi,

 

We have received an email to say "Please make sure there's enough money in your bank account to pay your Sky bill" and that the amount will be added to next month's bill but we have more than a thousand pound in our bank account so I don't understand why this has happened. It hasn't happened with any other direct debit and the same thing happended with the SKY DD last year,

 

Does anyone know why this has happened?

Are you new to Sky, if so have you made sure the details you supplied for the direct debit are correct and that you haven't mistyped a number ?

 

As this bill is being added to next months then I would keep an eye on it there and should the same happen then you will need to speak to Sky about it.
