Direct debit had been taken out a 2nd time after changing direct debits with banks recently. Help!

Direct debit has just been taken out when it is already paid on February 14th by manual payment because direct debit needed to be changed due to moving banks recently? And as now im without food shopping for tomorrow!

Even though you moved banks you didn't need to make a manual payment. This is because when a direct debit fails Sky will attempt to take the payment again 10 days later which might be what has happened here so as you are now £60.00 in credit you can either leave this to pay next months bill or you can contact Sky and arrange for the payment you made to be returned to you.

Yeah just didnt want to get a late charge but appreciate it and will contact them in morning. Thanks!
