Different email addresses on account

Hi. I hope someone can help as the virtual assistant is useless. I have one email listed on my account but all my emails from sky go to a completely different (hotmail) account. I want to stop using hotmail but I cannot for the life of me find a way of deleting the hotmail account. Anyone any ideas? I have never had any emails from Sky go the email listed in 'my details'.

Do you still have access to the Hotmail address because if you do then you could put in a filter to direct any emails from Sky to this other email address,
