Didnt know where to post this?

I have been a Sky customer for 30 years. 15 in ex name and 15 in my own. I never check my itemised bill. I just pay the £250 each month. However, last week I checked my itemised bill. I found I have sim cards activated I don't use,or never have. I have loads on my bill,I canceled years ago. So I called Sky. By the time I hung up in anger. The Sky rep on the phone had managed to add another £35 to my account. Now in looking at alternatives. Moving my TV, broadband and pay of mobiles. I'm totally disgusted that stuff can just be added without your permission. After they have been removed. Goodbye Sky.

This is what I'm talking about. Very poor customer service. 5 hours to read a post. Utterly ridicules. No help at all. Maybe press will. Taking advantage of a disabled single parent. Who works his butt off. Wrong yins.

@Anonymous

Your post has been viewed (41 times at this point) but you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here. This is primarily a customer to customer forum so poor customer service doesn't come into it.

Your post didn't ask for any help: it was a series of statements.

...concluding with 'Goodbye Sky' so presumably there's no longer an issue.

Re: Didnt know where to post this?

It's cool, as replied said. Finished with goodbye Sky.

Goodbye Sky.

And, for the eeco4d. Six calls to Sky. One answered in 3 hours. £35 added to a £275 month bill. Six items added to my s7bscription. So just went to Virgin. Bye.

Re: Didnt know where to post this?

My bad, didn't know it was customer only forum. Pointless. Customers can't help. **bleep** Sky wouldn't. Delete my account on customer forum please.

Thank you.
