Did not received refund from a cancelled payment

I paid my monthly bill and the bill payment section showed the 'payment received' then after two days the it showed payment has been cancelled. But did not receive the refund. Then I had to pay again as it was overdue. Tried to contact customer support but didn't get connected.

You shouldn't have to make a manual payment if this is what you did as it should be taken via whatever payment method you have setup on your account.

 

Was it your Sky account said that the payment had been cancelled ?

Yes, my sky account has mentioned the payment has been cancelled and payment returned. But I did not recieve any refund.

No it was showing payment overdue. So that I made the manual payment.

You will have to call about this and when you do just remain on the line and say nothing if asked anything by the bot.
