Discussion topic: Did SKY Recent bill format changed

Hello Guys,

Did SKY recently change the bill PDF formats? Earlier, the exact amount paid would show in downloaded bills. But for some recent bills it is showing 0's.

I compared 2 historical bills of same cycle. (21 Oct - 20 Nov) . But I see new bill format.

For me it looks like the format you see depends on what link you use to access your bill.

If I use this link I see the same as your first image:

https://www.sky.com/manage/bill/

If you I use this different link to view the same bill I see the same as your second image:

https://www.sky.com/bill/tv-broadband-talk

For me it looks like the format you see depends on what link you use to access your bill.
